While bread flour is commonly used, feel free to experiment with different flours like all purpose, whole wheat, rye, or spelt for unique flavors and textures. You can also add seeds, nuts, or dried fruits for added taste and nutrition.
In the video, I go over my specific recipe that I have found to work best, and it is 75% hydration bread! Enjoy!
