Secondly, let’s get you familiar with your starter. Here are some next steps after you take yours home!
How exciting that you just got your starter. I understand it can may come with a lot of questions, so I am here to help! Make sure to feed your starter every 24 hours if left on counter, or every 5-7 days if left in the fridge without using it to bake. If you bake with it, just make sure to feed back what you used, and this is considered a “feeding".”
If you were only given a little, make sure to first transport to a bigger container, if necessary, and feed 1/2 cup of flour to 1/4 cup of water without discarding to create a bigger starter. Do this for the next two days while it sits on the counter. I like to have around 300 grams of starter on hand.
After that, you can put it in the fridge and feedings will continuously be 1 full cup of flour and 1/2 cup of water after half is discarded. Make sure to feed or use every 5-7 days. If these addings seem off, go for the consistency in the photo displayed.

Sister, I want you to know that you are made for much more than this world offers. YOU have a divine and specific purpose here on earth, but your continuous search for your identity in the world and your paralysis from insecurities and past wounds will prevent you from experiencing it. The vision behind this event is to bring women under one roof so that they can serve the community with their businesses.
